The main focus of PC COLORADO is to build and repair existing personal computers and networks. Our current rate structure is itemized below. These prices DO NOT include any parts or software that may be needed. In every case, we will give you a verbal estimate when we have determined what needs to be done with your computer. If we can't fix your computer you pay no fee except a trip charge equal to one-half hour the onsite labor charge or the minimum in shop rate if you dropped off the computer. Onsite labor charge (we come to your location or pickup your computer)	$110 for first hour, then billed in 1/4 hour increments (one hour minimum charge)
Onsite labor charge- (If we determine two techs are required to complete the job safely or in a timely manner)	$165.00 per hour (one hour minimum charge)
After hours onsite repairs (before 8 AM and after 6 PM on weekdays or on weekends)	$165.00 per hour, per tech (one hour minimum charge)
Trip Charges-Outside Colorado Springs (for new customers, 1/2 is payable BEFORE we leave the shop)	$1.50 per mile from our shop (this is added to any labor charges)
In- shop labor charge (you drop off and pick up your computer)--call first to arrange a time	$90 per hour
Minimum in-shop labor charge (includes diagnostic testing)	$55.00
In-shop testing, configuration and set-up for a new computer	$125.00
Network cabling and phone line wiring (may require a custom quote)	Quoted on a per job basis
Telephone Support between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday-Friday)	$90 per hour (one-quarter hour minimum)
Telephone Support other than above (before 8 AM and after 6 PM on weekdays or on weekends)	$165 per hour (one-quarter hour minimum)
NEW RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER DISCOUNT (does not apply to businesses)	$10 Discount on your first service order
Virus removal	Standard labor rates apply
Operating system restoration	Standard labor rates apply
Component installation or upgrade	Standard labor rates apply
Quotes for new computer system or upgrades for an existing system	No Charge
Quotes for a new home or small office network	No Charge
Flat rate labor and parts charges for larger jobs or jobs requiring specialized skills. This includes telephone and/or network wiring and Cisco equipment programming.	Determined by special flat rate quote

Priority or Emergency Service, Service before 8 AM, After 6 PM or on Weekends. This charge also applies if we must reschedule other customers to accommodate your emergency. Customers who agree to be rescheduled will receive a credit for their inconvenience.	$165.00 per hour, per tech (1 hour minimum)

All parts and labor are subject to PC COLORADO warranties. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, normally 1-3 years. Labor done by PC COLORADO is covered for 30 days from the date of pick up or completion. Questions about specific warranties should be addressed to the PC COLORADO business office at 719-475-0255. Questions and comments about our policies are welcomed. All of our service is offered on a first-come, first served basis unless you request Priority Service for which there is an additional charge.

Always back-up your data before dropping off your machine for any service. PC COLORADO will not be responsible for any data loss.

PLEASE NOTE:

Payment is due at the time the service is completed or the part is delivered or picked up.
If we come to your location and must take the machine back to the shop for further repairs, On-Site labor charges will apply.
On ALL parts or software orders over $500, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of order.
In-shop labor charges only apply if you drop off AND pick up your computer at our location.
All software to be loaded or reloaded by PC COLORADO, including the operating system, MUST BE LEGAL SOFTWARE and/or have a LEGAL LICENSE. As a Microsoft Partner, we are obligated to report to Microsoft any of their software we find on a computer that is not Genuine.
PC COLORADO may refuse to provide a service that may be deemed unlawful. This includes servicing a computer when illegal software has been found on it.
$10 per hour discount for police and fire employees, active duty military or non-profit organizations (must show ID to receive the discount)
