In an attempt to give our customers an idea as to what kind of time may be involved in providing a variety of types of computer related services, we have compiled the following table. Please bear in mind that the figures below are typical or average times. Certain repairs may take MORE OR LESS depending upon a host of factors such as your particular equipment, the location of equipment, the age or version of your software, etc. Once you have identified a repair problem, you can determine the approximate cost for PC Colorado to service the problem using the following standard rates. PLEASE NOTE THE TIMES BELOW ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.
On site labor
charges: $110.00 per hour (we
come to you) In-shop labor charges: $90.00 per hour (you
drop it off)
Minimum On-site labor charge: $115.00 Minimum In-shop labor charge: $55.00

| Data Back-up | 1-3 hours depending on size of drive |
| Install new software program | less than 1 hour |
| Upgrade an exterior component | less than 1 hour |
| Design or install a home or small business network | Variable--Requires an onsite inspection |

***Notes:
Depending upon the virus and the extent of infection, your hard drive might need to be reformatted and your software re-installed. If this needs to be done, then additional charges will apply.
If we pick up your computer and take it back to the shop, then Onsite labor charges WILL apply.
